Consulting and Field Services is proud to introduce you to our Mechanical Integrity services for the Refining, Chemical, and Power Plant industry. Our service will include Plant and Systems equipment inventory, data record verification, and/or data generation for all the operating equipment and valves in the customer’s facility. Our program is designed to be as flexible as the client needs it to be. We can provide a full service M.I. Program with Professional Engineering capabilities, such as calculations on equipment and/or piping with or without verifiable construction records. These would be based on actual field data acquired by our competent technicians. Or, we can provide technicians with backgrounds in gathering the data required to further develop the customers own M.I. program.

Our Services utilize several software programs that were created to benefit M.I. programs. Software such as UltraPIPE®, PipePlus, and PVCalc are available to generate required equipment inspection records. Based on your requirements, these programs can be modified to fit any specific needs for your facility.

There are a wide range of services that may be required by our clientele to meet their M.I. requirements, and/or for their maintenance programs.
